The patch for this week has been delayed by a day, however we did get a update to the Test Server tonight, I did some digging and here is what I found:

• Reference to new Eyes slot and possible future slot for Jacket?
• Mountain Bike - looks like we're getting a ridable bike sometime in the future :D
• Lots of new icons for cosmetics:

New items and structures, unconfirmed if available ingame yet, maybe adding in ready for the May 21st update...
New information boxes added to the server browser screen, these also have links to crates on the Steam Marketplace (However as this is the Test Server, the links don't return any results).
Also there is now the ability to hide names from proximity chat and inventory screen as well as remove Grid Location and /loc results, these will all display as [HIDDEN], this is to aid streamers against stream sniping.
